You are warmly and powerfully invited to a transformational one-day experience.

This is not a workshop for the faint-hearted.
It is a call to courageous women ready to meet what lies beneath the surface.

What Awaits You

This immersive day will guide you to meet the parts of yourself you may have spent a lifetime avoiding:

• The part that seeks control - to stay safe, to stay in charge

• The part that distrusts - others, life, and even yourself

• The force that undermines quietly, working in the shadows

• The relentless inner critic - harsh, exacting and unyielding

These are all expressions of your inner predator – a powerful instinct that, when ignored or distorted, turns inward and outward with destructive impact.

Predator and Prey: The Feminine Dilemma

As women, we often know both sides of this coin intimately.
We have been the predator.
We have been the prey.

In nature, the predator serves life. Hunting ensures survival, balance, and nourishment. In traditional cultures, this instinct is held with reverence and humility.

But in the modern world, that reverence has been lost.
Instead, the instinct is twisted into sarcasm, gossip, control, exclusion, and covert aggression.

We see it in others.
We feel it in ourselves.
And still, we hide it, numb it, or justify it - while something deeper inside whispers:

“Is this who I really am?”

A Descent. A Reclamation.

This event is an opportunity to meet your inner predator - not to judge or suppress her, but to reclaim her.

You will be held in a safe and expertly-facilitated space, designed by women who have travelled this descent and returned with wisdom.

The day will include a powerful flow of:

• Guided visualisations

• Group processes

• Embodiment exercises

• Shared ritual

In addition, five participants will have the opportunity to go deeper by stepping forward for an individual Shadow Work® process within the group field - a profound and witnessed experience. (Please note all process spaces are fully booked).

These individual processes are not performances, but lived experiences that touch everyone in the space.
Observers will be deeply involved - playing roles, offering presence, and holding space in a way that is both active and transformative.
Many participants find that, even without stepping forward themselves, they deeply identify with the themes that emerge. The insight, resonance and healing ripple through the room.

Together, we will create a sacred container in which your predator can be released, witnessed, and ultimately remembered in her true, life-giving form.

You will:

• Encounter this instinct in its raw survival mode

• Witness its patterns in your life

• Transform it into a conscious source of power, discernment and truth

• Learn to channel its energy in service of your deepest values and expression
